Where are Shaggy's skis manufactured?
Every pair of Shaggy's skis is proudly handcrafted in our Boyne City, Michigan workshop, staying true to our Copper Country heritage and commitment to American manufacturing.
How long does it take to ship my order?
For in-stock skis, we typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom builds or pre-orders, lead times generally range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the season.
Do you offer a warranty on your equipment?
Yes, we provide a limited one-year warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship to ensure you have the best experience on the slopes.
Can I have my bindings mounted before shipping?
We offer binding mounting services if you purchase bindings with your skis. You will simply need to provide your boot sole length (BSL) during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for skis?
Unused skis in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-built skis and mounted skis are generally non-returnable.
