At Shaggy's Copper Country Skis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted equipment. If your new skis don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully pack your unused skis in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Workshop

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for delivery to our Boyne City workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our craftsmen inspect the returned gear to verify its condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
